At heart, I'm an experience consultant; I read systems, find where they break, and rebuild them so they hold. In practice, that shows up inside the NHS, where I work as a workforce systems officer, built on a background in imaging coordination. Both put me right inside the processes staff and patients depend on, which is exactly where the distance between how a system's meant to run and how it actually runs becomes impossible to miss.

In this role, I'm the expert in eRostering system; training staff across the Trust, managing system access, and building the reports service leads rely on for sickness, leave and safe staffing. Beyond the system itself, it's about driving adoption: running roster reviews, feeding into policy, and closing the gap between what the data says and what's actually happening on the ward.
